Refund policy
At Dreamicle, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal hygiene nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we follow a strict refund policy:

Refunds or replacements are only considered if:

The product was delivered incorrectly (wrong item sent), or

The product arrived damaged (leakage, broken container, unusable condition).

In all cases, products must remain unopened and unused.

Customers must provide photo or video proof and contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery at dreamicle.biz@gmail.com.
All refund or replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Dreamicle reserves the final decision.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind, personal dislike of a product, or packaging updates by the brand.
