Free Shipping Policy
Customers who reach the purchase threshold are eligible for a free shipping. Free shipping is available for Standard Delivery only.
Please note: available shipping methods may vary depending on service availability in your country (for example, temporary suspensions or strikes).
Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the selected shipping method. Costs may vary between Express Delivery and Standard Delivery due to differences in speed, carrier networks, and regional availability. The exact fee will be displayed before you confirm your order.
We always do our best to minimize potential customs issues; however, please note that customs inspections and related charges are beyond our control. In the event that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are incurred, these will be the responsibility of the buyer.
In some cases, Standard Shipping may be upgraded to Express Shipping without prior notice due to package weight or logistical considerations. If you prefer to use Standard Shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Additionally, due to carrier weight limits, orders shipped via Standard Shipping may be divided into multiple packages without prior notice.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Our typical order processing time is 0–2 business days, though it may take longer depending on product availability or other circumstances.

- Standard Delivery: 4 – 5 weeks
Please note: As all Dreamicle products are shipped directly from South Korea, delivery time may be longer compared to local retail shops that dispatch from domestic warehouses. While many local retailers can deliver within a week, our direct-from-Korea model ensures authenticity and product freshness, though it may require additional transit time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as your order travels safely from Korea to your doorstep.
Delivery Delays
Your products will be shipped directly from South Korea.
Delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Customs, duties, and local postal or courier delays may cause further delays.
While we aim to ship your order within the stated timeframe, please note that delivery can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control—such as Korean national holidays, public holidays in your country, local strikes, extreme weather, or unexpected service disruptions.
2. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking number(s) and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track your order via the courier’s website or with the tracking link provided.
3. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) — meaning customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their country.
We do our best to provide accurate product values, but customs charges are imposed by local governments and may vary.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or incorrect address, Dreamicle cannot issue a refund for the shipping costs incurred.
4. Address Accuracy & Undelivered Orders
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your address details before checkout.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the parcel is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered (e.g., taken from a building concierge, doorstep, or mailbox), Dreamicle cannot be held responsible. In such cases, additional shipping fees or losses will not be covered, and customers must bear the risk.
5. Parcel Damage & Incorrect Deliveries
We take great care to ensure your orders are securely packaged so that you can enjoy our products in excellent condition. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging, leaked or broken items, or any incorrect products received.

Ensure the product remains unused and unopened.

Contact Dreamicle Customer Support at dreamicle.biz@gmail.com with your order number and evidence within 7 days of delivery.
Dreamicle reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution will be issued. Please note that minor external box imperfections (such as light scratches, dents, or creases) that do not affect the product itself will not be considered damage.
We are committed to delivering the best quality service and packaging to our customers so that every order can be enjoyed with confidence.
6. Product Package Version
Please note that cosmetic and skincare brands may periodically update or redesign their product packaging. During these transitions, you may receive products with either the older or newer packaging design. This does not affect the authenticity or quality of the product.
Receiving a different package design than what is shown online does not mean the product is counterfeit. All items we sell are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official suppliers.
To protect the integrity of our business, Dreamicle reserves the right to take legal action against false claims suggesting that our products are counterfeit.
7. Discount Code Usage
Discount codes or promotional offers apply only to product prices and do not include shipping costs. The order amount used to determine eligibility for discounts is calculated from the total product value before shipping fees.
Examples:

Cart: $95 product + $10 shipping = $105 total → Not eligible if discount requires $100 minimum, since product value is only $95.

Cart: $100 product + $10 shipping = $110 total → Eligible if discount requires $100 minimum, and the 10% discount will apply only to the $100 product cost (shipping remains unchanged).
8. Policy Rights
Dreamicle reserves the right to update or adjust our shipping policy at any time. This ensures we can adapt to changing circumstances and continue providing fair and transparent service.
